  • I mean I had always considered myself a healthy eater for the most part, there was no veggie I didn't like and I mostly stayed away from red meat. So what all was I doing wrong??

I could go on for a bit talking about what I've learned and changed over the last few weeks, but I want to keep it short and sweet and give you some good tidbits I've picked up along the way in blog posts to come.
