Adam & Stef – January 20, 2011Posted in: Local Happenings

I thought this was a fun reminder that the Chinese New Year is coming!  And if you are tired of feeling like junk after the local Chinese buffet, we wanted to share a more authentic way to bring in the Chinese New Year!  The Year of the Rabbit begins February 3rd, 2011, and it is believed if you eat well on New Year’s Day, you will eat well all year long.  Well, here at Hungry in Houston, we believe in eating well, so expect to find us munching on a few dumplings at Café Chino.

May and Eddie Chan, chefs and ownders of Café Chino, have created a special and mouth watering menu to bring the blessings of the new year – happiness, wealth and longevity.  You can visit them at CafeChinoHouston.com or call to make reservations:  713-524-4433.

Stay hungry, Houston.  And be sure to eat well for the Chinese New Year!
