i know this isnt exactly “homemade” but gosh, cheerios are just about one of my favorite foods. i don’t mean honey nut or frosted, i like plain jane cheerios. SO much that i got 2 boxes for christmas. yes, i know these are marketed to toddlers (the coupons on the box are for pampers, c’mon now!), but they can and should be an adult favorite. the crunchy and simple wheat flavor, so crisp and re-freshing, just doesnt get any better. not to mention, they are healthy and a good source of fiber. i usually mix mine with fruit i have around the house, feel free to experiment on your own.
